My thought would be they will give us some best of release with a few new songs first to help support another tour.
Their has been rumors that claim to be from an inside source saying that GNR will release an EP in March of 2020 followed by a full album.

Slash sort of dismissed the EP idea;
Trunk: “Would you like to do a full Guns N’ Roses album?” (as opposed to a single or EP)
Slash: “Everybody wants to have a full album released. I don’t think that’s really changed all that much. There’s a different way of putting stuff out initially nowadays more so than … you sort of look at that preliminary release a little differently now. At the end of the day, we will ultimately release a full album.”

EP/Single would be just fine if it were followed by an album in the near future. Slash sounds pretty adamant in that interview - very positive

CD II has been ready to go for years. Just like CD was ready to go a couple years before it was released. Seems pretty clear the label just wasn't interested in releasing them. I believe MSL when he said Slash and Duff have already re-recorded Atlas. I'd say Hard School could be another. The label would be interested in releasing a Slash GN'R album.

Promoter of the Firenze festival in Italy is saying that a GN'R Euro tour dates could be announced soon.
