Estranged is the shit...all Gnr fans know that. Somebody needs to start a discussion going on the Axl piano epics. Only use Estranged, Breakdown, TIL, and NR....those four because those 4 are the only piano Axl tracks where he gets sole writing credits. TWAT and Prostitute have co-writers so don't include them.
"Estranged" wins every time, I love those other songs, but I'd almost rather have "Estranged" than "Appetite For Destruction".
...I'm deadly serious.

Thre's one major difference between NR and TIL and that difference is Slash. I have said many times that Slash saved NR from being a sappy love song with the guitar solo and the outro. I still believe this. TIL doesn't have that same magic, so I can totally see loving NR and thinking TIL is a sappy pile of crap. NR was a sappy pile of crap that was saved by Slash's work.
Hence the reason I loathe TIL and skip to the solos and outro on NR

I'd rather have Estranged than AFD and it isn't even close. My 2 favorite GnR songs ever are Locomotive and Estranged - sums up why UYI II is #1 on my album list.
UYI II is hurt by too much crap...my UYI II tracklist, only 9 songs but most of them are long....:mosh:

Pretty much my tracklist too. 
All of those songs listed are great in their own right. 14 Yrs, Breakdown, Pretty Tied Up, Locomotive & So Fine are all forgotton, and very underrated tunes.

Guns N' Ashba - could it be true?
We posted a Axl N' Roses update on March 5th >HERE<.
The post included a rumor that Ryan Roxie (former Alice Cooper guitarist) was given an audition into the Gn'R camp. This rumor seemed to have some validity based on direct phone calls we received noting our comments caused a "shit storm".
Now in more recent developments Metal Sludge has been on the receiving end of more rumor. This time it's naming DJ Ashba of SIXX AM as a likely candidate to play in Guns n' Roses. Believe it or not, there is also talk of a possible stadium tour with Van Halen.

Wait so does this mean Axl is going to pull CD from the shelves and make the new guitar player add his touches then rerelease it?
Probably, I'm sure Ryan Roxie and Jon E. Love have finished their parts already. So add one more to the list.
On second thought, let's not give him any ideas.
