Is anyone iPod savvy?

I redid my iTunes library and restored my iPod. Now when I try syncing the iPod to iTunes, I get an error that the iPod could not be read from or written to. I followed the suggestions on Apple's site and finally ended up sitting here while it synced and watched where the error came up at. I removed the file it was at when the error message came up and then it synced all the way through... Now when it gets to the end and it's finishing the sync the error message pops up after all the songs are on the video. The little meter that shows how full the iPod is then changes from audio and video data to 'other'. The iPod is full too after this, with every last MB on there. I just can't access the content. Any help?

try unchecking the disk storage box. idk. never had that problem...
