Due to the increasing demand for more dressing, my grandma has decided to cook two turkeys this year. She's dreading it though. I haven't decided what I am taking to the dinner. Could go with my annual award winning baked beans, or take something else. I was thinking about bringing a dessert this time.
drink, eat and watch some football!

From now until about mid-January is definitely my most homesick time of the year. 
When you guys are all chowing down, think of your little American friend over in Japan and have an extra helping for me.

Here is what I ate today....
Turkey
dressing
ham
yeast biscuits
potato salad
pea salad
pumpkin pie
lemon pie
carrot cake
peach pie
There were other things on the menu, but I just stuck to my favorites and ate more of that instead of a huge variety. My grandma cooking two turkeys this time played a role in my not eating as many other things like I usually do. There was twice as much dressing, so the dressing took up a huge portion of my plate.

Had a great Turkey day (except for Dallas being 10-1) and also ate like a starved pig. Hope everyone had a great day and for those of you travelling be safe going back home.
As far as those "damn Canadians" ... hey, we ate a little for you guys too! (Thanksgiving in October...sheesh!)
