I agree CD was probably 1st single because of the name. Honestly though I think CD & Better are pretty similar.
I agree citr or SOD should be the third single. Probably would have been best to not use CD & go straight Better, CITR, SOD.
I still thin SOD is gonna be laughed at by most people as a lame, wimpy song with bad vocals if and when it's released as a single.

Everyone should quit with the DL bullshit
Metallica's CD leaked 3 freaking weeks before it came out and still sold tremendously
CD is flopping because
1. Axl isn't promoting it
2. Horrible first single.
3. Best Buy only has 1200 stores
4. It doesn't sound like Guns N Roses
those are the reasons.

Contraband fucking killed CD. I knew that would happen. Sure there was a chance it might sell more in it's opening week than CD but to slaughter it like that is crazy.

CD has charted 4th in the US, behind Sasha Fierce, Taylor Swift, and Kanye.

So it beat The Killers?? I'm a little surprised by that if it did.
Bono, I disagree & agree with DTJ. 'Sorry' is too slow to be be on the radio. It's got a great bridge, "You've got all the answers, You know everything, Why nobody asked you, 's a mystery to me" but aside from that, I don't veiw it as radio playable. It's too slow & almost goes nowhere.

To slow like Hey You by Pink Floyd or Stairway to Heaven by Zeppelin or Beautiful by James Blunt Songs that are as slow or slower that get played all the time?
