i'm loving that guitar slide ... its kickass
As do I. It was a great addition to the song. 
Their could be a video. I don't agree with the silence but if their is a method to his madness then I'm sure it will pay off in the end.

I think I've listened to the version without for so long that I just can't get used to it.

Is it just me or does anyone else not like that guitar slide in the middle of the song, not saying the song is bad or anything, it's just I can't get used to that.
I wouldn't mind seeing If The World or Sorry for the next single.
yeah it feels kinda like filler to me. but if i had never heard the originals i wouldn't know the difference. stilll, more of a riff would have been cool there.

It was also one of the week's most added songs, for what it's worth, as well as the song with the most increased number of plays. "Chinese Democracy" is down to #8 this week.
On the Rock chart:

Same deal there. Most added/Most increased plays. "Chinese Democracy" is at #4 this week.
It will be interesting to see what Wednesday and the new charts bring.

Well, I finally heard some new GN'R played on Australian radio.
They played Better on Sydney station Triple M tonight and it sounded great. But afterwards there was very little mentioned about the song aside from "that was Guns N' Roses".
Triple M is pretty much the only commercial rock radio station in Sydney, but they've been on an 80's retro pop phase these past few weeks, so they haven't really played any rock music, letalone any GN'R in the lead up to the release of CD. I'm sure they missed selling a few copies of CD due to this too.
Has anyone else heard new GN'R on Aussie radio?
