LOL!  Don't worry, the 2009 tour is already in the works, and many locations, etc. determined.  And to those saying there is lackluster promotion, think about it, the level of chatter is higher than that of any album in years.  It's mentioned hundreds of thousands times each day on modern rock radio in the U.S. alone, and is the #1 most downloaded rock song on ITUNES.  Much more publicity would become overkill.  The hype is going to reach a fever pitch by late next week.

Go watch some videos of him in NIN or go to a NIN concert and you will realize how talented he actually is. He is completely out of his element in GNR and with the recent success of these NIN tours, I totally understand his decision.
