Unfortunately, I do think it is about Slash or at least parts of it. Richards wrote a nasty song about Jagger on one of his solo albums. Lennon wrote something bad about McCartney too. It has been done before.:(
Why is it bad?
Slash has done lots and lots of interviews, a book, Behind The Music... stories change and conflict. Axl hasn't done nearly as much. He might as well write a song.
Scraped is almost an explanation about why the album has taken so long and how frustrating and confusing life is...
...I think this is his side of the story.

I could definently see Sorry being about Slash. There's a lot of lines that are pretty loaded towards the whole situation since GNR disbanded.
Sorry is definently an attack on someone for not having integrity. It's not a stretch to reference that to what Slash has done post-GNR.

didnt do a lot, some might not notice anything, i think i mainly got rid of the large clippings where they were 1-2 seconds of silence..
