That way I'm guaranteed my stuff, it's already paid for, it's set aside for me without being pawed at by dirty customers, and I get to (potentially) wait in line and listen to it on release day, just like old times. It's what I should have done with Priest's Nostradamus. I pre-ordered the vinyl/CD from Best Buy way in advance, only to have it arrive a good week after its release.
