Some interesting ideas being floated around in this thread. The voter IQ test should have been enacted decades ago.

Blah. If Gore would have just won his own state, Florida wouldn't have even been a factor.
Even dipshits like Carter and Mondale could win their home states.

I remember i had a republican woman teacher who was all about blowing politics out her ass in class as a means to pass the time.
It was a local election she was discussing on this particular day...and the person she was supporting had put forth a budget that decreased the local spending....local schools included.
Her candidate won...and with only two years of experience behind her, she ended up losing her job the next school year due to a budget reduction.
I realize this example is a little too black and white...but obviously she was blindly following this person because of his/her republican assocation...and no knolwedge of the issues.
I'm not so sure she would pass an intelligence test for voting...lol

I don't mean to laugh at someones unemployment and I hope she got a job immediately after that, but that is definitely the perfect example of blind worship, and thats whats fueling Obama's presidential run. No one even researches this guy. They label him the messiah and don't even know his record. I know not all of his supporters are like that, but a huge percentage are.
Whether or not you agree with my stance on these candidates or various issues, I do research this stuff. I will never vote for somebody without knowing any details, especially in these insane times.
