Re: New Poll: GOP takes brunt of blame for economy
McCain's vast Senate record, and there are very few negatives in that record(notice how liberals dont attack his record?).
He's taking tons of heat for not only voting for the Gramm-Leach-Biley Act which DEREGULATED the banking Industry.. but he also chose his Senior Economic Advisor as the man who introduced the bill, Phill Gramm!!

At least McCain has some mistakes.
Obama on the other hand has too few of anything.

I'm just glad he has balls to take a stand in something he believes in. When he's wrong, he sponsors bills to correct the situation. Obama twiddles his thumbs while the change brigade yells change.
I'll vote for someone who will take a stand over someone that's too afraid to vote on anything, and when he does vote on something, its just earmarks for his own state. He voted no on sending aid to Katrina victims because his state would lose a few dollars.
I can imagine an Obama presidency: Russia fires off its nukes, and Obama takes so long making a decision(he wants to vote present but instead is forced to actually do something) that our nuclear arsenal and Navy is completely wiped out long before we can ever retaliate.
Thats a likely scenario. Back in 78(or maybe 79), during one of our nuclear war drills(typical during the Cold War), Carter took so long that the "Doomsday Plane" took off without him. Hard to fight a nuclear war with the Russians when the president is nowhere near the launch codes.
This clown isn't going to be President. I don't care if he's up by 50 in the polls, when its decision time no one is voting for him.
He's dangerous.
Re: New Poll: GOP takes brunt of blame for economy
Sometimes I think Obama could have a surprise surge when people actually are in the booth and need to choose between the two evils.
It'll be the opposite. An empty suit looks good until its crunch time. The guy has zero experience. The dems should have just nominated Corky from Life Goes On. He might have organized something once, and in the small chance he was ever class president, probably voted something other than "present".
