What don't you understand, she was THE MAYOR... If she couldn't overturn this policy on her own she should quit yapping about her "Executive Experience". And what does this say about her decision making skills considering she appointed this Commisioner. Who does she want to put in the Cabinet?

You were outraged by the deficits in that town. Then you are outraged by cuts to handle that deficit. Is there anything that wouldn't create a liberal outrage?
I think its safe to say you would be outraged by an Obama presidency. If he's gonna "fix Washington", massive spending cuts are required. We now know that cuts are too outrageous so he clearly cant fix anything.

I haven't read a single thing that said Sarah Palin supported rape victims to pay for this test.
