I saw the video on a then and now thing on VH1 and actually thought it was ok, but I've always liked Bach's voice...it's the other things I can do without.

Same here. I think I'd like this album much more if there wasn't Skid Row... You know.. it's hard to beat Slave to the Grind, one of the best albums of all time, and everything Baz ever does will be compared to that magnificent music. I still think he should reunite with the old guys, including the great Rob Affuso.

My brother really likes this album although I only ever listen to a handful of tracks. The DVD would be cool for both of us I think, even if Baz can't spell Japan.

The best 3 songs are the ones with Axl.  The rest are just pretty bland to me.

I would have to say, for Baz though, this isn't bad.

I can confess I bought this when it came out (the standard one not the DVD bonus one).  I think it's a good solid record (it still gets airtime in my car and at work).

Having Ax on it obviously elevates it in my opinions, but I actually quite like a number of the other songs.

I think it's a reasonable record.  I almost find it hard to believe that a muppett like Baz was able to put something out this reaosnable.

It gets the thumbs up from me.

while i love the Skid Row stuff i am not a fan of Baz's solo work though i admit that angel down is better than his previous solo efforts...the axl tracks are alright

Granted Angel Down is by far better than any of Skid Row's Bach-less releases, Angel Down is still pretty weak, and i'm still kind of shocked Axl has participation in it.

Seems beneath him.

I think the best song is definitely By Your Side, which seems to totally steal the melody from I Remember You and just slap new lyrics on it... lyrics i'm sure Bach didn't have much hand in.

He's just a vocalist. Not an artist.
