In Firefox go to "Tools" > "Clear Private Data" > select "Clear Cache" > select "Clear Private Data Now".

I cant help with Internet Explorer as mine has a virus attached to it still. Should be listed under Tools on the browsers menu though Think its "Internet Options" then delete Temporary Files, Cookies etc. Will be a button for Cache I assume.

I'll go check there again then.  I'm using IE7.  I'll poke around again.
