Zakk wins by a narrow margin...9 to 7.  Randy Rhoads still put up a good fight and that is saying something against such an axe-master as Zakk especially considering Rhoads' potential was never fully realized due to an untimely departure.  Who knows what Randy could have accomplished?  He was innovative and gifted without question and his career, albeit brief, certainly left everlasting influence on the guitarists that followed as well as the rock world in general.
