Sebastian Bach was interviewed last night, he mentions that Axl told him about Shackler's Revenge about a month ago, and that Chinese Democracy is coming out.

did you guys see this yet? Its a video where they discuss Shackler's Revenge. "its a mix of old and new, crazy buckethead solo" ect.
The mention is at about 5:30 into it.
The first guy describes Shacklers as a blend of classic guns n roses, with some crazy buckethead solo stuff and some some really cool new stuff.
Then when the microphone is given to the girl next to him she describes it as "it's real poppy and real different".
Hmmmm did those 2 play the same song? I hope it's like the first guys description.

The descriptions sound to me a lot like Better...like generally kinda a catchy hook...but there's enough wierd bucket shred in their to make you notice it...but with an overall sound thats more radio friendly that it would have been with just guitars...

Its certainly possible, although not likely. I could see GNR using code for the track when they don't want the real name getting out.
It would be a bonehead move though. The online base would revolt.
However, that "poppy" reference does make you do a double take.
