You know Polluxm, sometime you can post really great stuff and then you post this garbage. Either you have a very poor understanding of the US government or you just choose to believe the wackiest shit out there. Nothing written from the Senate is a law. Just because some Senator wrote an opinion down doesn't mean that it's how the country is. Laws have to be written, voted on and then signed by the President. But hey, if believing the US is controlled by some organization like the Illuminati or whatever you're calling it today makes you feel better, I say go for it.

I'm not claiming the Senate makes the laws. Far as I can tell that is just for reference purposes.
But you're right, law isn't exactly my strongest field. Then again, you have a limited understanding yourself (by default of not being a professional), so don't discredit it off the bat. These aren't ramblings by Alex Jones, they are, for the most part, legal citations. I've been looking for this information for a long time, and at the present I'm trying to acquire certainty about some of the more interesting and probable claims. So I guess we'll see.
I know you think I'm crazy, so there's really no need to keep pestering it.

I didn't call you crazy. Although I think you're inclined to buy into conspiracy babble. Just like some people like to be scared, so they goto horror movies, some people like to believe life is more complex than it really is, so they seek out stuff to make it appear more interesting.

Not if you're going by the treaties. The Pope is ruler of Britain in allodium, and since the US never declared independence from Britain (only the individual states did) it would make him the allodium ruler of that too. Of course, that is not necessarily evidence of actual power, but nevertheless, a treaty is a treaty.
Here's an excerpt of the treaty signed between the US and Britain in November 1794 (some 12 years after the war):

That's really all these are, out of context interpretations of treaties and court cases and someone makes a parellel summarization of the basis behind it.
ie. Pac Man Jones shot somebody and is legally allowed to play football again. Therefore:

Some of these require giant leaps of faith. While some may be based in truth(no treasury), some are beyond ludicrous(Pope's massive influence, IMF controlling everything).
Kind of reminds me how for many, MANY years, people thought FEMA was really running the show and were on the verge of putting us all in concentration camps. Hurricane Katrina happens, and FEMA cant even properly deliver water from point A to point B.
Cant desire world domination when you cant even carry a bottle of water.
All FEMA based conspiracy theories started dying off(for obvious reasons) after the Katrina fiasco.

Not when you look closer. You are still paying tax to Britain:
For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF, which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be able to break their codes using file 6209, which is about 467 pages. On your IMF you will find a blocking series, which tells you what type of tax you are paying. You will probably find a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 says is reserved. You then look up the BMF 300-399, which is the Business Master File in 6209. You would have seen prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, non-refile DLN. Meaning everyone is considered a business and involved in commerce and you are being held liable for a tax via a treaty between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.
These codes have since been changed to read as follows; IMF 300-309, Barred Assement, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved, the BMF 300-309 reads the same as IMF 300-309. BMF 390-399 reads U.S./U.K. Tax Treaty Claims.
These debt payments can also be found in the Jay Treaty of 1794.
Why would a victorious country accept these ridiculous claims by the King?
