They're just Trump loyalists and he doesn't want to have to worry about someone he appointed coming from behind and shiving him or making the agenda not the focus.

I have a lot of crow to eat for what I believed during his first term and I am going to try very hard to never get emotional about politics again. I don't blame him for not wanting to always be looking over his shoulder at the people he appointed.

I cannot vote for another Democrat if they continue on this path. I will not be a part of this until they start purging these absolute misinformed psychopaths. Trump needs to kill WOKE dead. It needs to be stomped to death. I don't know if it's possible, but that's what is needed. DEI is a big fucking joke and as someone who hires a lot of college girls fresh out of school, I can tell you these people are total wimps. They cannot handle anything and somehow they have a college degree. Absolutely no initiative and constant hand holding...it never ends and all they care about is social rewards. There is almost know interest in the actual job...it's all about social lives and chit chatting.

How can they charge so much for a college education and they come out totally useless??? Competence and merit mean nothing to these people. We're all equal and I, as their boss, what I say ought to be held on the same level as someone fresh out of college.

I'm disgusted what this DEI agenda has delivered. From the average totally uninformed college kid to the perfect DEI presidential candidate...WOKE has got to go...it's getting us nowhere fast. These girls feel totally entitled to do and say whatever they want and not be held accountable for it.

Is there any fixing this?

Wow, I can 100% agree with this. Had an issue in 2020 where a young person just wanted to play 'pretend work/boss', it was nuts. What sucks was the 40ish year old CEO (small non-profit) thought she was a whiz at business and sided with her. The place got laughable and completely collapsed within weeks of me leaving.

TBH I think nowadays these college grad types grow up on Reality TV. shows like The Bachelor, Big Brother, Real Housewives etc. And they think work is going to be all about meetings, talking, complaining, and opinions. Not actual, you know, work.

As to politics, I agree Dems let woke go too far into its agenda. I felt Kamala ran a decent campaign, and reinvented herself a bit pretty well, putting on a good face. Biden really screwed things up for her tho, and should've never tried to run again. There was a zero percent chance he could run a campaign, give late night speeches, jetset cross country etc. Keep in mind, 2020 was essentially a 'virtual campaign', much different.

Mehhh, I think things are going to go off the rails pretty quick. Giving him a chance, but realistically from the Gaetz pick, to the Panama Canal & Greenland, now renaming the Gulf of Mexico, its looking like it'll get batshit crazy. I don't think he makes it to midterms before being removed. I also predict he does something pretty extreme right away. My guess is a mass illegals deportation effort within his first month of office, kindof a diversion tactic & setting the tone that he's in charge. If you remember, he did the Muslim ban overnight his first month in office last time.

I actually don't think Kamala ran a decent campaign just based on her spending choices and debt alone. Running around the country spreading a message of 'joy' while parading around with celebrities...minority celebrities...Oprah...I just thought the pandering was insufferable.

I'm trying to figure out if Biden screwed her or if the fact that the DNC intentionally skipped the primaries so they could anoint their candidate.

Approximately one month in, I'm not surprised by what's happening. What I am surprised by is there is a large group of voters/people who refused to believe what Elon is exposing because he's Elon. I'm not saying I want to believe it...but I believe that the federal government is pissing away money like you wouldn't believe.

Interesting theory on the first part.  Its possible. Bidens debate moment seemed fake to me, almost staged. Her likely competition would have been Shapiro or Gavin Newsome. Maybe they felt it would've been a bad look having 'a man' supplant a woman.  Anyway I was more referring to how she handled herself, and presented herself in speeches and debates.

Yeah, I knew trump would cause chaos, then support Russia in the war.  Its his agenda, cause chaos at home, then do the dirty work.  I dunno, as to the Fed, I think there's a better way to handle it.  Maybe just implement a hiring freeze, and also trim down  on pensions for new hires moving forward. That was in 30-40 years things get more reasonable.  A contact I see online always posts about pro-trump stuff, and he's in rural PA. I want to ask him should PA just get rid of the Hunting & Wildlife commission, as I looked it up and they spend 300 million a year.  Its just so people can hunt & fish, seems a waste. Lets get rid of it, right?   Rules for thee but not for me.

The PA Hunting & Wildlife is entirely funded by hunter licenses and game tag fees.  That's why it's doing so well, it's one of the few agencies directly funded by the citizens who hunt legally.  In fact, the PA Senate recently diverted 150M funds from the agency for use otherwhere in the state.  All those state game lands that are free for citizens to walk and enjoy during 50 weeks of the year, funded and maintained by hunters and their license fees.

Pittsburgh successfully launched an in city archery hunting program to kill the deer in the various city parks.  It's been so successful they've continued to expand it to all city parks during hunting season.  They get a small fee from bow hunters who pass a competency test to show they won't just wound deer.  The parks don't get destroyed by deer, the homeless shelters get fresh venison daily, and the city gets a few thousand dollars rather than paying a few million to professionals.
