From a recent Loudwire interview with Slash

"I'm going into the studio with the Conspirators, getting a new record done and then after that, 2025 is all about Guns N' Roses," he said.

Is a New Single
with "Monsters" on it
coming very soon?

The GN'R website has a New 2024 Nightrain Mystery Merch package announced as "coming soon",
and the only picture on the page is the Yellow Bullet Logo from "The General'" artwork

The General & Monsters
         7" Vinyl ????

It's more than likely going to be them unloading all the unsold singles on the fan club members to get rid of them just like they did with Hard School.

I don't think it's a long shot.

Everything but touring is a long shot...

For the Nightrain package if you get a premium membership, you get a music box that plays a melody of The General.

Now some of the music boxes are also going to have another song that they haven't announced yet.

Its not going to be Monsters but it will probably be Don't Cry or November Rain

I think we're years past the point of another album ever coming out with this incarnation.

They might as well release whatever Slash/Duff re-recorded here and there. However I don't think there's any value in holding on to it for another random release during the next tour.

Monsters is great, but it's 20 years too late to be relevant. I also think given the cheap random ai video for The General that was just thrown out there, I don't think they care.

This is a touring band for people to go see every couple of years. Nothing wrong with that. It's a band who only released a few discs of original material 37-33 years years ago. Audience won't be there to hear Monsters live.

They do a few cycles then retire. Anyone expecting more only has their selves to blame.
