Agreed! That was the one song that made NuGNR seem like a real band rather than Axl’s backing band.

It’s not Tommy’s song no more, gnr recorded a version with the band. It’s now Axls property

They would have to pay him songwriting royalties regardless of whether he is heard on the song itself:

It’s not Tommy’s song no more, gnr recorded a version with the band. It’s now Axls property

Nah, it’s the same solo. Just much better quality. Even if nothing else was included in the Locker leak, I was really glad to get a full quality version of Brian May’s Catcher.
