Re: If GNR releases nothing in 2023, is this the end for you?
Still nothing on anything
A recent newsletter on Fortus visiting family, if it's interesting https://www.lafayetteindustries.com/wp- … letter.pdf
Aw, that's cute.
Re: If GNR releases nothing in 2023, is this the end for you?
Don't worry, they'll shake things up a bit with the setlist this time round, cause that's enough.

"But a lot of times every night is different, 'cause we don't have setlists, so…"
It's amazing they still say this with a straight face.
They're simply on autopilot. Do the same shit....say the same shit....
The band is now reportedly working on a new studio album — the first under the GUNS banner since 2008's "Chinese Democracy" and the first to feature Rose, Slash and McKagan since 1993.
Sure they are.
It's the usual dangling of the carrot in hopes it moves a few more tickets before showtime.

Really Richard? Still playing the “we don’t have a setlist” card, even though the setlist outside of a few songs has been the same for 7 years?
Just stop talking. It’s embarrassing.

I actually don’t have much of a problem with his comment. Compared to other artists there an ok amount of variety day to day. There’s just never anything new, and he definitely doesn’t promise anything new.

I heard a rumour axl might appear on the hot ones, but I don't think there's any substance to it
No substance at all.
It's just speculation based on Vanessa Leveis suggesting Axl on a HotOnes Instagram post.

By his press record, Fortus has been in the studio laying down tracks for the new album for the last 20 years.

It's complete horseshit to suggest they are winging setlists or in fact don't have a setlist like the early UYI shows... it's not true and all the click tracks/samples and graphics would be pre-programmed at any rate. It's disingenuous to say the least
I attended 2 shows within days this past December; they were identical setlists (songs/order/solos etc...) bar Slash not doing the Only Women Bleed intro for KOHD the second show
