Re: Has anyone bought clothing from the official merch store?
I haven’t “bought” anything directly, but two my of nighttrain memberships included shirts or hoodies, and they were both satisfactory. The same quality you’d get at a show.

I just remembered I bought a hoodie from the troubadour show from their site. Completely acceptable hoodie.

Re: Has anyone bought clothing from the official merch store?
I bought the Napa event shirt. It was packed incorrectly and there was a 4x6 item sticker on the shirt. The residue will not come off!
Their customer support said there was nothing they could do, and as it sold out, I couldn't order a replacement.

Re: Has anyone bought clothing from the official merch store?
I just tried it...it worked.
Yeah...that's definitely a step up from what they typically offer.
No I've never bought anything from their store. Years ago I said I'd buy the Lies shirt if they brought it back but I don't think they ever did. You have to buy either knockoffs or 30 year old shirts.
Edit
I checked your post. You forgot to use IMG and instead clicked URL.
Re: Has anyone bought clothing from the official merch store?
Thanks! I have never bought from the website either. I did get some of the 2002 tour shirts on eBay from a guy selling excess inventory a year or two later, and found the 1992 Metallica co-headlining shirt used at a thrift store but that is about it.
