I've seen it a few times.  It's decent but it's sort of decadent (lol and for obvious reasons).  Second half drags a bit. But it's still watchable and better than Osterman Weekend.  That Peckinpaugh I couldn't get through.

Thief is basically Heat's little brother.  You notice a lot of similiarities theme wise.  Also neon lit CHI streets >LA skyline.  And I love Heat.
