North American Tour '89?

Since when did the 4 shows with the Stones and the AMA appearance become a full blown tour?

As it says in the title, that shirt is a bootleg.

And there's your answer.

I'd like to see the tour dates in a bigger picture to see if they're the '91 UYI tour dates (since they used the UYI skull/top hat logo), or if they just made up their own to put on the shirt.

Don't forget Axl and Izzy on the VMA's with Petty. I guess that would be included in this "tour". There was also that RIP show that had Baz and members of Metallica, although I think that happened in 90.

Alot of times, supporting bands will sell their shirts with the words "North American Tour" or whatever on it, even though they are just the opening band.

That said, that shirt is clearly a fake. Thats something someone created in their basement.
