Hey guys remember that military appropriations bill that Trump vetoed. You know the one that Randall flag was trying to convince you all had something to do with the stimulus bill. The one where he misled people into thinking that Bernie was railing against?

While he might have been technically wrong, in the world of politics flagg was right.
Bernie was trying to gain leverage by doing a filibuster on the defense bill to get a bigger stimulus passed. For a brief moment he had a few Dems and Republicans considering joining him.
The Dems just caved and lost any leverage they had to get one passed. It's why Mcconnell didn't have a care in the world and no real pressure. He knew the Dems would blink.

They only had leverage if Trump didn’t sign the original...without Trump the Dems were back where they always were.

Sanders filibustered and blinked because stopping the defense budget from being passed would look bad for Dems.
Mitch doesn’t know this because he has no idea what’s going on. So he makes personal attacks and creates arguments to babble unintelligible ramblings at.
Sanders has been saying for days he was going to filibuster the thing. That’s not in dispute. The Covid relief act was passed last week, and Mitch will be getting more money for a virus he celebrated. Because fuckups need hand outs. I won’t be getting a cent, because I’ve been fortunate to not work in an industry Democratic leaders have ruined. Those that need it, I hope they receive it quickly.
He’ll respond with some more nonsense I’m sure, thinking he’s an equal and anyone gives two shits what he has to blame on someone else today. But what he won’t do is address anything I’ve said in here or disprove anything I’ve said. Just more algorithm generated news that was force fed to him on yahoo and he casually observed.
Maybe he can tell us Niki Hayley is a white conservative apostate again. Or a story about how a cop who helped to change his tire was a pos who threatened to blow his child away. Who fucking knows, but you’ll need 6 shots and some meth to understand it.
