The 2 Justices only said they would allow it to be filed but that they would reject it once filed. They believe it is their duty to allow state vs state to at least be filed, but that’s it.
This was essentially a 9-0 Trump smack down. The message is clear: It’s over.
But but but I thought we can’t let these people on the court because they would be Trump’s puppets. At some point you guys either have to say “trumps AG and SCOTUS picks did the right thing” or continue to politicize every person he ever nominated. You guys acted as if the world was ending with each pick. Yet, they didn’t do what the president wanted. Amazing. Same with Barr, unlike Lynch and Comey and company, he didn’t leak shit about Hunter. Was that right? Who knows, but he didn’t leak shit. Seems like conservatives play by one set of rules and the Dems another.

All 9 justices DENIED this motion. The 2 conservatives wanted it to be filed but said they would not grant any other relief. You are the one always complaining about this election being "rigged".
anyway since someone mentioned him McConnell is almost as big a threat and jackass as Trump. He is the one holding up coronavirus relief. Even Trump (for his own reasons) wants to pass a relief bill. McConnell been the one screwing up this the entire time.

How is this possible? I was told this was how Trump was going to steal the election and impose his lifetime dictatorship. It's like, either people were lying, or got totally wrapped up in hysterics or something.

You fail to point out that McConnel's preferred stimulus doesn't include money for state and local governments and he wants all liability absolved from businesses that employ the people of this country.
That deserves a filibuster...

That's because a lot of those states already received money they haven't even spent yet. She continually refused to do incremental bills to go directly to the people who need it, instead she pushed big bills she knew wouldn't get passed. She did this for months before and during the election. Now she'll be open to it AFTER Trump leaves for political points. Don't be so gullible.
