This has been out for ages. I've played it and it's not brainwashing. It's a little novelty that you enjoy cause instead of money you have a bank car and a machine that goes beep.

Shame cos I thought the learning to count - and working out the 'change' etc was the educational part of the game..much less for kiddies to do with a simple swipe.

I used cash today for the first time in 6 months.  16  That's a bit of an exaggeration, but there really isn't much of a need for paper cash anymore.  It's easier to steal, less convenient to carry, and reduces paper-trail.  What's the advantage of using cash to debit/credit cards.  Well, outside the obvious that people have difficulty controlling their expenses on credit... but cards are more modern and provide a level of security in transactions that cash does not.  It would also cut down on the 12 hour Monopoly marathon games...

I use cash in bars and fast food restaurants.  That's about it anymore.

Plus, I've found Monopoly ridiculously boring forever, I was coerced into playing the cashless version a while ago.....   At least it went faster.  So I see it as a positive for the game.

In other words, major advocates for the cashless society.

Effective from May, Alfred J. Verrechio will assume his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effectively ending 85 years of control of the Hassenfeld family, who founded the company.

actually i've been trying to use cash more often...i was spending too much with debit and i find with cash the money actually seems more substantial and real...like if i got a $20 i really make sure that i wanna break it before i buy something
