There's no doubt the kid was a minute man type who wanted to be in the middle of this ... They should have had the national guard out like what was offered. The should have enforced curfew. And they should not have emboldened rioters (mostly white kids running to black neighborhoods to destroy shit) that they can get away with absolutely anything. You have two groups of people drawn.to the same place because they want a chance to commit violence. This is going to keep happening.

Yea, I know you have your narrative, but the claim of a choke hold has never been proven. Generally speaking, people in a carotid hold can't speak. I know you want this to justify the violence, but what if the officer never applied a carotid hold? What if you watched the videos and saw Floyd saying "I can't breathe" before officers put him in a restraint? What if you saw Floyd actively resisting arrest and coming up with a million excuses why he shouldn't be arrested. What if Floyd had COVID-19, methamphetamine, marijuana and lethal dose of fentanyl in his system? There's a coroner's report stating as much and ample video evidence.
I agree, a carotid choke for 9 minutes is murder. But I also know that after 7-10 seconds of a carotid choke, people pass out. They don't moan for minutes. I guess we'll have to wait for the jury and actual evidence to be provided, and not the claims of people who live 2k miles away from the scene.
I'm glad your confident enough in your version of events that new evidence can't move you from your position. It must feel good to know you're right without any consideration of why.
He might not get a homicide conviction but he will get a manslaughter. That maneuver is illegal and could have (and probably did) expedite his heart attack.

Not something I want to get in to, but if a guy counter protesting at a protest with an AR15 gets mobbed maybe its because of the gun. Would he be mobbed if he wasn't carrying? Then the question is who is defending themselves. The mob from the crazy guy with the gun or vice versa?
I'm arguing for neither side, just showing how there can be multiple perspectives. These can be discussed without the need to personally attack anyone..... Buzz.

Absolutely not. Like I said, it's most likely a kid with Wyatt Earp syndrome. But there has been no effort to stop the violence, the rioters are emboldened to attack people and get away with it, and they attacked the wrong person.

Well, we have had instances where armed civilians have been stopping destruction/violence. The difference is this was a kid who had no business being in a place alone he didn't know with a weapon amongst a violent crowd.

Can anyone link this mob video? The video I posted he was being chased down, but that too was "after" he shot somebody, so the 'mob' was playing police to catch a murderer. I may be mistaken, but a link would be appreciated.
