I think a combination of noncompliance and the fact that it was in effect for a mere few years made it ineffective almost as though it never existed.
But it’s also a bit beside the point...anytime he fucks up he just bullshits and insults Obama...there must be a certain group that just loves that.

Kind of surprising no? Especially with all the faux outrage over EOs.
As you can see here...Trump has used as many EOs as Obama did in 8 years already.
