They strap him to a chair ala A Clockwork Orange or WTTJ, where they show him pictures of hot chicks intermingled with pictures of Axl from last year to make him sick every time he's attracted to a girl. He called him a hideous woman. Friggin brutal.

We must relieve, I think. But I do not know how it is possible depending on how rude it is.

Axl's always been a tad feminine. Just look at those glam rock photos from the 80's.

Then again, in 2006, no-one dared to call him out as a hideous woman.
