it's a bummer those guys had to leave in the end. that was an end of everything.
It was an end of the car crash known as the CD era but that needed euthanizing about 5 years earlier anyway.

If that stuff was told confidentially in a private convo, it's a bit rude to share in public.
On the other hand, mentioning them at all opens a can of worms among those who'd care to hear the details.

Walker: Hey you played on some unreleased GNR stuff.
Bumble: yeah, sure did.
Walker: what's going on with it?
Bumble: No idea. I just did some recording around 1066 B.C. on a stone laptop. Did my thing. It was cool. Hey I'm in a new band now btw.
Walker: Doesn't really matter, MSL gave me the songs he deleted years ago anyway! I liked silkworms! I like how half of the GNR community pretends to have it, half do have it and pretend they don't, and a few people who think they're the only ones who have it won't share it but yet find ways to jack off about it online all the time.
Bumble: Hmmm..crazy. Silkworms was it. Is that the one with a (insert advanced musical term) or that other one with the fun riff? I think i was given at least 5 minutes to record that around 12 years ago. Or was that some other song. Hard to say at this stage. Hey look it's time for a gig. Later dude.
