Tough one. I think they'll record new music in 2018, though whether it'll see the light of day this year is open to debate. But the big stumbling block for the record company – the lack of Slash/Duff – has now been resolved. If Axl records new music with them, the record company won't hesitate to release it.

I think they're going to do something but I think this year is too soon.
We have a break now where they can be recording, but we know mid year they're doing another leg of NITL shows.
It would be weird to relaunch a new branded cycle without letting the market re-set a bit from the 2 legs of the NITL tour.
So I think it's record now, finish off the NITL tour, then a break of some kind, then the new album and cycle - maybe 2019.
The other issue is I saw in the media a fresh round of Axl/Dc rumours. That could take up a bit of time. So we might be looking at Axl DC 2019 and GNR 2020.

My hope is perhaps a single on radio to support the summer shows. If they are in the studio at the minute then that would be entirely possible. Then maybe finish up in the autumn for an album release in winter/spring.
Depends on if the rumours are correct really. If they are in the studio now or imminently then the above is possible if not then I’d say 2019 is the absolute earliest we’d see something new, if at all.
