thanks guys....James the winters get pretty cold up here....i dunno if a southern boy like you could handle -40 Celcius 
its a 3 bedroom, finished basement, washer, dryer, fridge stove and yes a fucking dish washer all included...the kitchen is a bit dated but we can deal with that once we get some equity....it also has 1 1/2 baths 
...theres a driveway too 
central air, updated windows, newer roof....we're pretty happy with it all and all...it does have pink carpet though...so i'll have to do something about that

it's not over for us yet....we have a house inspection monday
but yeah we've been looking since december...and we've probably seen 60-70 houses 
but we took 2 weeks off and went at it again on tuesday and this was the 1st one we saw...it was weird but the other 2 we saw that day werent so great , we were gonna actually wait until thursday and look at a differnet place but tht one sold wed night so we went in on this on instead
what ever you do man....DONT SETTLE FOR JUST ANYTHING...one that you like WILL come....my wife and i didnt believe it would happen...but then this one came along...make a mental list of pros and cons of each house you see, eventually you will learn goods and bads pretty much instantly
Its not our dream house, but its got alot of things were were looking for in our first house, and its pretty much move in quality.....cept for the damn pink carpet the seller information sheet says that there is hardwood under the carpet though so one of the first things we do will be to check out the state of that hardwood 
anyway russctb, if you want to, shoot me a pm and i'll explain my process of what i looked for in each house i went to see...
