Chill the fuck out, SG. It's just rock and roll, buddy. No amount of money you pay will provide an experience as good as when people paid $5 to see them in 1986. I'll gladly pay $15-20 for a Blu-ray of a reunion show if there is plenty of evidence that Axl was in good form. No way in hell would I pay thousands of dollars to see them unless it was a time machine back to 1986-1988.

IF this show does take place, do you realize how hard it is going to be to get tickets? Your chances would be quite limited, and if you did have the chance the prices would most likely be outrageous. I'd imagine media types will be invited, friends, family, Hollywood elite. The number of "fans" who actually get to attend would probably be quite low. The previous lineup played these secret gigs and they were damn near impossible to get into. I can only imagine how tough this will be.

Warm up shows are common. I'm sorry if you feel slighted, or misled, but it's completely within their rights to play an ultra exclusive warmup show if they want to. Nobody forced you to shell out the money to travel and see their "first show in 23 years". Excuse me for not feeling sorry for you. In fact I remain very jealous of you for being able to attend. I can't wait for my chance this summer.

I bought tickets and drove 10 hours to Cleveland to see GNR inducted into the R&RHOF. I didn't bitch and complain that Axl didn't show up. I went and enjoyed seeing Matt, Steven, Gilby, Myles, Duff, and Slash. So again, excuse me for not feeling sorry for you that you're going to see THE REAL DEAL in a week. People have real genuine problems in this world. This, is not one of them. Now go ahead and tell me to F off. I'll send it right back to you.

The celebrity list on this thing is probably off the charts. Axl better bring his fucking "A" game. That means 2010 rasp at least. Record this shit for Blu-ray and have crowd shots of all the celebrities. It could be a similar deal to Roy Orbison's Black and White Night. But the performance has to be great. If the helium Mickey Mouse voice shows up, it will ruin the whole thing.

This is kind of like your long time girlfriend saving her virginity for you to take on your wedding night and the week before she fucks some dude on her bachelorette party. Yes the sex may be better on your wedding night, but as Izzy said, "you ain't the first". And I would feel sorry for you if your girl did that to you. Because you had an agreement.

AGAIN. Try to get tickets for this secret show. Good luck to you. You were lucky to get tickets for Vegas. You'll be there. Enjoy it and spare me the "woe is me. I won't be at a show I'd have virtually no chance of being at anyway".

Axl didn't officially bow out of the R&RHOF until a few days before if you want to get technical. I didn't truly believe he'd actually show up, but it wasn't 100% certain. You're basically seeing the first show you'd have any chance at seeing. Sorry if that ruins your narrative, and we still don't know if this mythical show will actually take place.
