I did when they shoved and harrassed that black girl, which was infuriating, and I made it a point to state it here. privileged left? just what in sam hell does that mean? I don't even really know the details but the University of Illinois at Chicago was a very dumb place for Trump to hold his rally. There is no privilege there....it's not Harvard or Yale, or even Notre Dame. It's largely middle class families. The school is just outside the loop and it is surrounded by the ghetto....although they are slowly cleaning it up.

As far a privilege is concerned....man...what a ridiculous statement. If you want to know what privilege is....take a look at Trump. He inherited his wealth and is a mediocre business man at best. Completely and totally out of touch with everything but hypocrisy.
It really is unbelievable....the Republicans created this...now they have to deal with it. This country has largely been conservative for the duration of its existence, but the buffoons in charge have completely rolled around in their own shit. This is the perfect shit storm for a Socialist to come in and win it all.
I am not a republican (haha!) nor a Trump supporter (HAHA!). What in Sam hell the privlaged left is ultra political correctness tinted with narcissism, from typically white, typically privlaged, spoiled brats who have been coddled from birth on how much better their view of the world is, with a type of white savior complex, that they've read a book (or a blog) and understand all of societies unfairness and discriminations. But really, the label is open to all people of upper middle class hypocracy who engage in classism (usually against poor whites) under the guise of social enlightenment, who cannot stand to have an actual debate about anything, who shout down, shut down anyone with a differing opinion. People who try to explain what proper inoffensive comedy is to Jerry Seinfeld and how he should tell it, engage in shaming, protesting, boycotting, the utter destruction of anyone they don't like or who happens to have any different point of view or different politics. People who believe in censorship, that offensive words should be banned, on top of being the guardians of sensitivity who believe certain films, music, videos and books should be banned that do not align with their world view, or worse, that their interpretation is something only an intellectual can decipher. The condescending belief they know what's best for everyone, because they learned it at University. That they can speak on behalf of the underprivileged, but only if they're a minority, the whites had it coming... And then these wonderful socialists will move on from their cushy universities to their plush jobs, large salaries and live a very non socialist life.
I'm sure there were kids who didn't fit that description who were there. But I'm not going to praise them because they're unable to show themselves to be any better than the worst of the Trumpers. I have the same feeling on the right, too.

I used to be poor and white. Now I'm just comfortable and white. I admit to looking down on the poor and white...at least the ones that feel they can't do anything about the being poor part. You can always do something regardless of your situation. In might not be easy. It might actually be really, really hard. But there are things you can do to fix the poor part.

Has anyone actually been to a Trump rally. Curious if this is accurate. If so, it's worse than I thought.

"So, if you know me or my friend, Seth Quackenboss, then you know that we often get ourselves into ridiculously wacky situations, especially when we're together. Yesterday was one of those days. We decided to drive down to Fayetteville in order to hear a certain orange politician speak. Yes, you guessed it. We went to a Donald Trump rally.
Now, I am not a supporter of Mr. Trump in any way, shape, or form. I'm quite inclined to a certain berning sensation that I've been experiencing for some time. But that's beside the point. The point is, we thought that we were in for a time of jokes and hilarity. And at the beginning, it was. There were a few speakers before Trump came out and they were not well organized at all. They were comical. One man, a veteran, said that he had shed blood on 7 continents. And unless I missed the great Antarctica War, I highly doubt that's true. Let it be known for the record, that I am not against veterans in any way shape or form. I just thought that particular comment was funny. Because I doubt he actually wounded someone in Antarctica. But a more plausible explanation would be that he was doing penguin research and accidentally pricked a penguin and it bled. Anyway…
One speaker also said that we needed to get rid of 911 calls and we all need to handle our problems ourselves. Well...that's highly unlikely. I can't imagine that people will start forgoing 911 calls when their house in burning down in order to try and extinguish the fire themselves. But, ya know, it's a nice thought.
So those were my laughable moments. Trump was about to come out. We had our signs ready. We were going to go all out. Yelling and screaming and whatnot. Because, why else were we there if not to join the spectacle? He comes out. People go crazy. For the first twenty to thirty minutes I sat there with high expectations of hilarity. After half an hour, my feelings turned extremely grim. I was scared and upset. Let me explain...
Trump basically said the same few things the whole time. He knows exactly what will get a cheer from the crowd and he says it. He mentioned his wall several times. About five or six if I can remember correctly. At one point he said "We're going to build a wall. And who's going to pay for it?" And the crowd yelled, "Mexico!" and then they lost their minds. Now, we all know exactly why this is stupid. So I won't elaborate. It was just very unsettling. He mentioned ISIS several times. About ten. But not exactly how to stop ISIS. Just comments like, "We're gonna get ISIS," and "ISIS is going down." Blanket statements. He did say that for America to win again (any sort of winning, not just against ISIS) we have to go outside of the law and he isn't afraid to do it. And that's unsettling for several reasons. But I'm just reporting the facts. And that was all he said on policy. Completely void of content or substance. Just statements that would get the crowd cheering.
Now, let's talk about the protesters. There were many. I think throughout the hour long rally, there were roughly 15-20 groups of protesters. Some of them were individuals and some were in groups. They popped up throughout the rally here and there. And some of them were yelling and causing a raucous but some of them were just standing there with their anti-Trump shirts or their pro-whoever else shirts. They were all removed. Peaceful or violent.
One man had a shirt that said "Love is the answer," and he was thrown out. Trump's comment on this man was, "And love is very important but I mean, who's making love to that guy?" And my stomach churned. A few minutes later, a woman stood up not far from where the other man was and starting protesting. She was removed. Trump's comment was, "She was with the other guy. They're actually a couple. A *clears throat* beautiful *gagging noises* couple." And the crowd laughed and cheered. It was horrifying.
But out of everything I saw, the crowd was the worst part. I have never seen more hateful people in my life. Everyone was just filled with so much hatred. If a protester had a sign, even the peaceful ones, they would take the sign from them, rip it up, and throw it back at the protesters. Whenever a protester would get removed, the crowd would yell horrible things. Once, after a protester was removed, Trump said, "Where are these people coming from? Who are they?" A lady, sitting not 5 feet from me, said, "Well hopefully when you're president, you'll get rid of em all!" Get rid of them? Get rid of anyone who opposes Trump? It was sickening. I felt truly nauseous. And these people loved the protesters. They loved the drama and the chaos. And Trump fed upon it. It was easily one of the strangest and uncomfortable things I've ever witnessed. I could just hear the horrible things being spoken around me and it made my skin crawl.
Needless to say, there was very little laughter on my part. I thought this was going to be joke...and it was, but for a very different reason.
I implore you, if you're thinking about voting for Trump, reconsider. You are only promoting chaos and hatred. I witnessed it firsthand. And trust me, this is not something you want to see in person. This is not what you want to happen to our country.”

I agree with some of the article, but I have a huge problem with The Guardian, Daily Kos, Slate, Mother Jones, Ring Of Fire, Young Turks, just to name a few, because they are overtly anti south, anti white, instigate with polarizing left propaganda, instead of finding in-roads to a lot of these whites, the ones who aren't too far gone to ignorance, and who are up and down closer to democratic ideals than even the majority of the black population who are more natural conservatives, which is ironic, but instead engage in villainizing these people to show how enlightened they are on race and to appeal on a contingency, and are a BIG part of the problem; they are exactly the same as Right Wing media and their treatment of blacks and Latinos. My big problem is this, from the start of the article he leads in like he's building to something really disturbing, something I haven't caught on to, like there is something nefarious going on, and I think: Nazism. This is the big reveal on Trump:

Are you kidding me? That was sort of low brow humor, that was actually kind of funny. Trump has those moments where he can be funny, until he drones on mindlessly for thirty minutes about nonsense, like it's pointed out in the article, which is why he works best in soundbytes. He has some ugly supporters... And? This is something we don't know? And what actually did they do? I thought the way he built it up there would be a reveal of billy clubs, chants of nigger and fag, while taking the protestors to a basement and tortured them.... They tore up signs and yelled for him to get rid of them?
It's this kind of lightweight reporting that does more harm than good for their cause. It's as petty as Trump gets. Watch the John Oliver clip. That's how you do it.

The Young Turks if they were relevant would be worse than the Fox news of the Left.
Alot of the videos they post are embarrassing and misleading. If Sanders defecated on stage during a debate, they'd still be convinced he's the next president. They completely ignore any criticism of Sanders and push stuff that pushes their own viewers at time to the right.
Jimmy Dore on some of their videos has moments and rants that would put Glen Beck to shame.
Genk the host you can see is visibly struggling/sweating any time he has to turn a situation where Bernie lost a primary or a debate (in the eyes of everyone else) into some argument where he can say of course blame "the main stream media". Everyone's "biased against Bernie" is the theme of their shows at the minute.
Anna just keeps talking about ridiculous stories about things like how people who feel like they're a different gender (but haven't had surgery) should be allowed to use the bathroom of the opposite gender just because or videos about everyone being gay. Then they bring on people like the black NRA member to have a debate about about gun laws and it's just so silly and obvious to see what they're doing when a 5th of their videos are about blacks being shot every day by police. The worst person they randomly bring on the panel is the black gay guy who knows nothings and just sits and says silly stuff/generic gay stereotype stuff and smiles.
They have points that are relevant, but it's in such a ridiculously biased format. It's actually biased against half the left too, I loved their dodging of Sanders gun debate answers when Hillary made the arguments they themselves argue for all the time.

Not really. The ONLY reason Kasich looks good is because of the clown show field he's running in. He was a big exec with Lehman Brothers and had a hand in almost destroying our economy, not only that, but legislates on his faith, which is VERY concerning. Also, here is what a Ohio journalist said:
"“He is a climate change denier, he has had a scandal in his heavily championed support of charter schools, unemployment has gone down but poverty has risen in the state, we have a terrible infant mortality rate for African American babies – I could go on. Maybe the middle has moved so far to the right that there is no genuine moderate in the Republican race anymore,”
He would not do well in a GE.
