There was some funky price changes going on.. Sections 9,10,11,12 were all 250 then fell to 199 at one point... Not sure why... At the end I was just trying for the best available single ticket... NOTHING.

Yeah something has to be done about this scalper scam. When fans cant even buy one goddamn ticket when there are thousands available the system is broken. The reason there is no incentive to change it is that its a sellout even if no one shows up. All parties involved make their money but its the scalpers that are at risk.
Cramer is right...if you don't buy your tickets from someone here or at another forum you should wait out the scalper sites. Its really pathetic that people actually IN Vegas couldn't grab a ticket. Unreal. If fans are lucky and its best case scenario, scalpers will be forced to unload them at a huge discount days before the show. If this happens at all the shows instead of just the first, it's going to get really ugly.
Here's a picture of what happens when a major act reunites, scalpers grab ALL the tickets, sodomize potential buyers, and are left holding the bag. I hope to god the GNR show doesn't look like this at showtime.....by the way, this IS a sellout...in VEGAS!

The worst thing about buying from scalpers especially when it comes to GNR and their no show or cancellation record, if you buy from a scalper they will get the refund since its on their CC and you will lose out on that money and the scalpers basically get to double dip.
Scalping is supposed to be illegal but its annoying how ticket agencies are allowed to scalp.
the biggest scam though is that place selling the tix like ticketmaster for example they hold tix back for the ticket agencies and give them the best seats, over the real fans. That is why the ticket agencies always have the best seats because they are working with the company who is selling the tickets

After being raped by scalpers ten years ago I had an idea and if this reunion suffers what the Spice Girls did on their comeback, this might be the straw that breaks the camel's back and forces the gov to get involved. Cant allow THE music event of the decade to take place in sold out yet half empty arenas/stadiums.
My solution....
ONE SS#/drivers license=ONE ticket
dave I agree that what ticketmaster does is disgusting and never should have been allowed.
