I can see slash telling Fortus to turn down his gain etc and getting a less processed and more organic tone.

Remember when Fortus said he turned down a chance to jam with Slash at a thin Lizzy gig so he wouldn't hurt Axl's feelings now he will be doing a fucking tour with him. Hahaha. But it is cool cause Axl said it was. Haha
Beta walked out of a bar mitzvah when Slash played. Del has gobbed off about Slash several times.
The whole nuGNR camp will be doing a 180 now that Axl has given the okay to like Slash.

That's one of the funniest things about this whole saga. Numerous people on so many different levels have hitched their wagon to someone else's whim for years. Rather than make a call and make a stand as to what they like, what they believe in, they have simply bent at the knee and let someone else's opinion morph into their own.
IMO they are very weak minded individuals, lacking in integrity and conviction with a very self serving & convenient outlook.
