This film has been released but since its a foreign film, is only playing in certain cities here in the US. It can be downloaded though. I'm going to watch this tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah...I've watched some reviews for it that didn't spoil anything besides the main synopsis. They said to avoid the trailers; but the movie itself was quite good. I will probably see it sometime soon probably when it's on-demand or on one of the movie channels.
