Prob my favorite track. Parts sound very AIC. Miles even gets a little layne'y at the beginning. This is basically the song on the album I feel Slash is truly out of his comfort zone showing he can do a little something else. Good song.

That second solo, daaaamn. Not a big fan of the chorus, though.
Slash's solo crowning moment remains Anastasia if you ask me.
Also, someone wanna hook me up with that instrumental performance of his from a ways back. I can't find it on youtube. Sorry, I don't have more details. Seems like I remember it was from an awards show or something?

Wasn't feeling as much love for this song initially as all of you were, but goddamn, Savage Sun is a beast of a track.
That and Wicked Stone are the two best songs on the album, can't wait to hear it live!
