Here is the whole thing:
Past May 12th, Dj Ashba and Richard Fortus, came online at the official Guns N’ Roses Twitter account (@gunsnroses) to answer questions from fans, under the hashtag #GNRNoTrickery, initially to talk about their second residency at The Joint in Las Vegas, but as expected, many questions regarding a new album and new songs made it to the hashtag and the guitarists managed to answer them all.
Here’s a summary of the most important questions asked and answered, and some other curiosities that got commented during the chat.
ABOUT A NEW ALBUM
Q: @debjacksonrose How about a Q&A about the next album? Or that DVD that never came out? That’d be great

Q: @thatssojeff Is Axl aware of the demand for a new album from the current lineup?
A: @gunsnroses probably…
Q: @Waylander100 Any chance of new material being played or recorded soon?
A: @gunsnroses always chances.. and we’re quite hopeful
Q: @alegnrforever are you recording the new cd there #GNRNoTrickery ?? IS TRUE??
A: @gunsnroses Dj ASHBA: We will be writing more songs, richard fortus: we will be doing a lot of writing and recording
Q: @alangarcianr what will change from the 2012 residency? Are there any plans to get into DJ’s studio?
A: @gunsnroses Dj ASHBA: There will be a lot of new surprises, and yes were planning on recording at the home studio
Q: @Ania_PL_ is that true that after the Residency in Vegas GNR is going to take a break from touring?
A: @gunsnroses Dj ASHBA: You never know haha richard fortus: we want to focus on getting some new music out!
Q: @jonmhyde what are you most looking forward to doing with your time in Vegas beyond the stage?
A: @gunsnroses richard fortus: write and record new Gn’R material Dj ASHBA: Writing / recording new Gnr songs and Partying with all of you

A: @gunsnroses none that we know how to play

A: @gunsnroses not likely but you never know. Vegas has people do strange things!
Q: @matty_harris are there any plans to perform any new material at the upcoming Vegas Residency?
A: @gunsnroses plans alway get changed. so no plans - no change.
Q: @jussinevasto If you’d write a new GN’R track right now how would it sound?
A: @gunsnroses dirty, sleazy rock n’ roll-ish

A: @gunsnroses possibility exists but not likely.. working through parts.

Q: @Jcat217 Since this is the second one, will GNR consider doing a Vegas residency on a frequent basis every couple years or so?
A: @gunsnroses so far yes, we’ll let you know on more after this one…

Interesting info. Maybe something in terms of a song or two could be a possibility more than ever now. Would love to hear Tommy do Going Down with the band live.
