Both performances are spot fucking on. Axl must be trying harder. I hope he keeps this voice going into the future, it's the best we probably can hope for.

That might be the best live performance of Prostitute i've ever heard. That song is something they always struggle to pull off live.

Gotta say. I'm shocked at how effortless that seemed to be for him. Great performance!

That scream.

Oh yeah bro! He was on fire on that tune! Hasn't it been like less than 5 years since he lasted performed that on a live stage?

It's been that long huh. Wow great performance.

I like the setlist, really.

6 CD songs, half of them less played ones.
6 UYI songs, with one out of the blue addition.
1 Lies song.
7 AFD songs, the mainstays.

It's looking like a balanced take between albums. Could use a CD2 track in the last show, just to leave everyone guessing wink

What the hell, they played Yesterdays? Has that happened since 93?

Mint performance. Almost like being back in the 90s. Band kills it too. This songs needs to be a regular.

So why is Axl's voice suddenly so much better? Theories?

It was great live, and the videos are great too. The last few years, have been pretty up and down (mostly down.)

It was shit earlier this year, no? I'd say easing into it combined with experience. He's warmed up now and knows when he can do what without blowing out.

On yesterday's we are hearing a lot of the crowd too which makes his voice sound stronger as well. Notice at the end he stops singing and crowd keeps singing. It still sounds like he is singing.

This is just awesome, you do hear him calling the hardest they do at the end though.
