Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Um.. Michael Bay check, Megan Fox check, bad CGI check, bad jokes check. Yep I won't be watching this.

Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Is Turtles still big with kids today?
Apparently so! They have a reboot CGI version of the cartoon on NICK on Saturday mornings. I've seen a few episodes of it. It's not bad. That trailer just looks lazy at times. It's fucking Ninja Turtles. Stop trying to make it dark and I know Bay's not directing; but this has his shtick written all over it. It's transformers all over again. Even though I enjoyed the first one. Like most of the internet, Mikey looks like a badly rendered Shrek for god's sake. I'll be seeing Guardians and not this. Also Shredder shouldn't be played by a white actor. Fox is as bland as ever. The actual director's track record before this isn't promising either.

Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Awesome pick. Yeah I read some of the comics and enjoyed what I read. I do want to pick a good set of them for collection and reading purposes in the near future. I thought the 2003 tv series they did for Fox awhile ago was pretty good until a certain point and it's a little more lined up with the original comics' atmosphere and a mix of the 80s humor. A tribute of the comic versions was animated for a part in the Turtles anniversary special years ago during the Fox run. They even did a CGI movie done by a talented animation team called, IMAGI Films. While the film itself wasn't very good at least it was accurate unlike this upcoming live action flick. IMAGI could of still been around today if they sold it to Warner Bros and they got better script and screen writers in my opinion.
