i would find it hard to believe that the military would fly so close to a commercial plane either...unless this is a military experiment and somehow the footage was leaked

or the whole hoax thing

The wing looks like a commerical plane so I wouldn't think it's military.

well the Boeing VC-25 looks like a commercial airliner but its the same plane that the US Gov't uses for Air Force One
