Thats pretty cool! Wonder how This I Love will go down with that audience
Could be a sign that, mabye just mabye, Axl might be finally ready to do something with that meaner and heavier music he's got lying around?
They've performed at similar festivals in the past and things seemed to go over fine. Obviously some are going to bitch simply because it's not the original cast, but throw in a few ballads, hardcore metal fans aren't going to be happy. But for the most part, I think they'll be accepted positively. They're the headliners anyway, right? So if people don't want to see them, they can leave early or during their set.
But I wouldn't take this as an indication that Axl is ready to unleash heavier music to the masses.

Well I want new music because for me, Axl wanted control of the band to do HIS VISION. I want to see how amazing that vision is to excuse the way he got rid of the old band. CD definitely didn't do that.
no vision anymore D...it is about money and survival in a markedly different music industry.
