Re: Update from Fernando
Hi there community, I know that you guys have been looking for an update for some time now; I am sorry that we haven't been able to share any. And this is not one that makes up the time that has passed since I last reached out.
We have spent some time getting our bearings back in tact after many moons of touring and we are putting together a game plan to give you what you need the most, information.
Thanks for your loyalty and know that there will something coming up soon.
Fernando Lebeis
Apparently this was posted on Nightrain, at gunsnroses.com but I'm not a member there so can't confirm? Originally saw this at Mygnrforum, thanks to 'bumblecool'

Re: Update from Fernando
I don't know if soon is the word...
Honestly, in this age of social media, Axl on twitter, the forums, etc, why is this dipshit the voice of the band?
Re: Update from Fernando
I'm not going to complain about any of that shit. After all this time asking for a simple update, this beats nothing. And seeing how GN'R has operated in the past, and with even the slightest bit of humility and understanding towards the fans, this is actually pretty nice. At least we know they're working on something going forward.

Re: Update from Fernando
We all know Fernando is the man with the plan. Guns N' Roses would fall part without his guidance. In all seriousness, it is kind of cool that they are keeping the GNR forum members in the loop and hopefully everyone else like on the Facebook page or whatever. hasn't updated his twitter in many months either. ..And now we continue to wait.
Re: Update from Fernando
Let me know when The Replacements are playing in Atlanta...Fernando.
If they are scheduled to play in the UK I'd appreciate an update on that
I don't see anything wrong with this update. Even though it has no real "news" I see it as a positive thing that TB are at least aware of the fanbases general frustrations. Another real update (i.e. new release due soon) could be months/years away so there's nothing wrong with management at least reassuring fans that shit is still being worked out.
