Very unexpected.

End game was a return to thrash - and the Megadeath approach of dueling solos was blown out to some insane shredding on 13....seemed like the current line up was more classic megadeth than anything in a long time....so it's curious that this song seems so pop based.....

lets hope it's the exception to the rule...and the rest of the album is shred worthy.

Same here since I think it was Dave or Chris that said that this album was going to have some great riffs and guitar work from the sessions they were doing on the road and in Vic's Garage.

I heard that on Liquid Metal. I was... disappointed, to say the least. It actually kind of reminded me of Bon Jovi. http://www.metalsucks.net/2013/04/22/th … g-garbage/

This album is shit, load of uninspired, generic, rehashed half assed Thrash riffs. Dave is long overdue his creative years.

Still waiting to hear it - got a signed CD coming in the mail as part of renewing my online club membership so holding out for that to arrive.

How would you compare it to Endgame or Th1rt3en son of a gun? Did you also dislike those or is this better/worse etc?
