First Listen Live: Queens Of The Stone Age, '...Like Clockwork'
QOTSA performed ...Like Clockwork in its entirety, plus an assortment of older material, in a sold-out show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Nice find! I'm totally looking forward to this, but hope Josh is firing on all cylinders. Last album was a bit flat, but they (he) are my favorite artists of the last 15-20 years.

Had no idea of that! I meant to look up the lineup earlier but forgot. That's great news! Songs for the Deaf was killer!

Just read that Nick Oliveri will be guesting too - that must've been a hell of a reconciliation. I wonder who'll tour with him?

How far back do you go with that whole desert rock scene, RaZor?  I backed into it from Queens, but have found a bunch of cool stoner metal type bands over the years if you're interested in any names. None as good as Queens at their peak though.

Not to deep, but there are a few stoner rock bands I like; Baroness, Moon Duo, and Torche. Torche I just got into last year because they had just come out with an awesome album, Harmonicraft.

Totally interested if you can recommend any more.

I heard a bit of this record and really liked it (not talking about the single which has been out a while). I gotta get my hands on a copy. QOTSA always feels like summer music to me.

Amazing album, can`t get enough of it, I can listen to it from start to finish and not skip single track, their best album without any shadow of a doubt.

Summer music?  For me summer music is sublime, red hot chilli peppers, no doubt, or anything ska punkish. Back in the day, weekends at the Jersey Shore were always Bon Jovi.

For me, QOTSA was what I listened to on the way to and on the way back from the bar at night.
