Re: Carolina Rebellion Rock Festival
Me and my bro this weekend found this cool festival in North Carolina featuring some amazing acts such as Alice in Chains, Halestorm, Soundgarden, Bush, All That Remains, and many others in May. Such much rock variety. There may be a few more acts that pop up in the coming months before the shows start. Definitely considering getting a group together to venture out to this. It's about 5 or 6 hours away from my house. If anyone is interested, feel free to check out the link below. Maybe hoping to meet some of you guys there. You could link this to the Alice in Chains, Halestorm, and Soundgarden threads if you want since they are doing some big shows and festivals during this year.

That's a rad line up, I'd make the drive for that.
Dude..if you & Stacey can make the trip, we are definitely hanging out sometime during those days. 
I'm bringing a couple good friends, maybe a date not sure; but the interest of seeing this festival has been growing since Saturday afternoon. Hopefully in a few weeks I have enough money in my account; so I can quickly order a few tickets. It's a pretty good deal to see some of these legendary bands play together. We should blast some CD when we meet up.

There's a similar festival here in Florida called 98RockFest, and basically has all of those, except Soundgarden. I've been wondering if I should get a ticket just to say "I saw the surviving members of Alice In Chains.... and Lzzy Hale's legs"
Is that worth the ticket? Not sure yet.

I haven't seen AIC live yet; so this Carolina show is my chance to finally catch one of me and my bro's favorite bands. It's one of the bands that he introduced me to. Originally some of the only other bands from that genre I knew at the time were Nirvana, STP, and some hits from Soundgarden. I loved Black Gives Way.. for the most part and I've seen some live pro shot vids of their last festival tour online and liked what I was hearing. Well Lzzy does have nice legs; but she has the vocal chops and guitar licks to back that up. 
Loved their latest album; so hoping to hear a great performance of that.
Go for it man! I'm sure you'll have a good time overall. Or...you should make a trip up to North Carolina and hang out with me and my group and hopefully Russ & Stacey if they decide to go!
