Rightfully so. I was listening to it the other day in the car with the speakers cranked way up. That song has been played into the ground, but by the end of it I was still left thinking, "What a kickass band."

I will adore that song and many others no matter how many times it's played on radio or other media. Everything with Jungle, Paradise City, Sweet Child, and a few other songs are just perfect.

It's not even in my top 10 GnR songs.
Cool. Anyways name me another song with that much venom, that much grit, that much of a catchy hook and melody that's accesible to the mainstream yet still a fucking badass rocker that's fit for classic rock and modern rock radio. They ranked it #1 and you'd be hard pressed to find a more suitable #1 that fits all that criteria and more. The sports world has also pretty much anointed it the badest rock song out tere to get the blood pumping.
it's not my favourite Guns N' Roses rocker either but it's hard to argue it being ranked #1

Even though I'm not a fan of beating the British trinity (Stones, Beatles, Zep), I hope GN'R beats the shit out of Rush. Will be difficult. Rush's fanbase votes big time in these kind of polls to "prove" how underrated the band is. The Rush fanbase has a severe inferiority complex, not to mention being extremely pretentious in their musical taste. It's sad too because the members of Rush actually seem like very humble guys.
