I just discovered it, having been familiar with earlier works of KC (the Lake/Sinfield -era).

Never heard any King Crimson before, and I'm about 10 minutes in, and that's some trippy stuff...

Robert Fripp is quite good. A lot of his music is actually studied in Academia strangely enough. Can't say that for many other heavy guitarists.
